Terms and Conditions for Using the Carpenter FR Website

Welcome to the Carpenter FR website. Dear visitor, by accessing this website, you confirm your agreement to the current terms and conditions. By creating membership on this website or using products through it, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Eligibility for Membership

  • The website is not available to individuals whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Carpenter FR.
  • If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement, and that both you and the entity comply with all applicable laws regarding online trading.
  • No person or entity may register as a member of the website more than once.

2. Your Account and Registration Obligations

Registering as a user of Carpenter FR requires you to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account or password.

  • Carpenter FR shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, or damages, resulting from disclosure of your username and/or password.
  • You agree to indemnify Carpenter FR against any unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use of your account by you or anyone else who has access to it, whether authorized or not.
  • Carpenter FR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration, remove users, or restrict/terminate access at its discretion, especially if information provided is false, inaccurate, or misleading.

3. Purchases

  • Order Processing: Carpenter FR may process or cancel your order at its discretion under certain circumstances, such as when a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, suspected as fraudulent, or under other appropriate conditions. Carpenter FR may verify your identity before processing your order. You will not be charged (or will be refunded) for orders that are not processed or are cancelled.
  • Return Policy: Carpenter FR accepts returns of certain products on a case-by-case basis. The return policy may change from time to time. Please check the Returns Policy page for details.
  • Product Descriptions: Carpenter FR strives to provide accurate product descriptions but does not guarantee they are error-free, complete, current, or reliable. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it, as outlined in the Returns Policy.
  • Product Pricing: While Carpenter FR seeks to ensure accurate pricing information, errors may occur. Carpenter FR reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order placed at an incorrect price, and will notify you by email if this happens. Prices shown on product pages exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout.
  • Product Availability: The website may display availability information, but it is not guaranteed. Stock levels may change daily. In rare cases, a product may appear available when ordered but sell out before processing. If this happens, Carpenter FR will notify you by email.
  • Shipping and Taxes: Shipping and tax charges are calculated based on the country and delivery method chosen at checkout.

4. Fees and Services

  • Payments for products may be made fully or partially online through payment services available on Carpenter FR, such as credit cards or other methods provided from time to time.
  • Carpenter FR’s responsibility ends once you receive your purchases. For exchanges or returns, please contact customer service.

 

5. Website Terms of Use

Carpenter FR grants you a limited, revocable license for personal use of the website. Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Carpenter FR and its licensors.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you are responsible for updating it as needed. You may not use a false email, impersonate another person/entity, or mislead the origin of content. Certain features may require registration, for which you must provide accurate and complete information.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Carpenter FR makes no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service, virus-free servers, or accuracy and completeness of information. Any downloads are at your own risk. Carpenter FR disclaims all express or implied warranties.

6. Electronic Communications

By using the website or emailing Carpenter FR, you communicate electronically and consent to receive communications electronically. Carpenter FR may communicate via email or by posting notices on the website. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

7. Buyer Protection

  • If a buyer does not receive a product, or receives one substantially different in value or description, they should refuse the package and notify Carpenter FR within 48 hours. Carpenter FR will investigate the matter.
  • Buyers must inspect purchases before accepting to ensure they are in excellent condition and match the order.
  • All purchases are shipped via recognized couriers within 2–8 business days within the UAE, and longer for international shipments depending on the country. You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and Carpenter FR, replacing all prior communications, proposals, or understandings.

9. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information by Carpenter FR. By using the website, you agree to such processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Carpenter FR may update the policy from time to time at its discretion and publish updates on the website.

10. General Information

If any clause of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Carpenter FR. No third party has rights under this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates  and is subject exclusively to Emirates courts.

12. Discount Code Policy

If a discount code has expired, it means the promotion has ended and the code is no longer valid.
